Report a fault or issue

If you wish to report a fault or issue with a Planet Wide City service, please select from the approved contact methods below depending on your maintenance package.

Standard maintenance/ Ad hoc customers:

For those customers who have not selected our enhanced 24hr package

During office hours (Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00)
  1. Please call 01252 852145. Select option 2 (support) and one of our technicians will answer your call. If all of our technicians are busy on other calls, please leave a detailed voicemail and someone will get back to you at their earliest opportunity.
  2. Email us at support@planetwidecity.com and a member of the support team will pick up your email and address your issue at their earliest opportunity.
  3. Alternatively, please complete the contact form below in full, providing as much detail as possible in the message box - this will automatically create a ticket in our system and one of our technicians will pick this ticket up. All updates to the ticket will result in an email being produced and sent to you on an automated basis.
Out of hours

Please select either method 2 or 3 above and a technician will address your issue at their earliest opportunity the next working day.

Enhanced 24hr maintenance customers:

For those customers who have selected our enhanced 24hr maintenance package

Please follow the instructions as detailed above.

Out of hours

Please refer to your list of emergency contact numbers, provided to you upon signing up to the plan, and highlight your issue to that person only. You will receive acknowledgment of your message/phone call and your issue will be worked upon immediately, with the technician letting you know once it’s completed.

Please note, calls or messages placed to a number which is not included in your enhanced package, will not be responded to until the next working day.
